Behavioral Training
First Watch Canine Academy uses proven training methods to help dogs form habits that help them have better relationships with their caretakers and environment. Through consistent reinforcement, we show dogs the benefits of being on their best behavior.
Our graduates don’t just learn a few commands and tricks, they learn to become better members of the family.
Mid-Day Walks
We also offer a mid-day walk service for clients in select areas in and around Durham. This allows you to ensure your dog has their needs taken care of while you’re away at work, out running errands, or away from home for the day for any reason.
Our walk service is more than just a quick potty break. We spend quality time with our midday clients playing, reinforcing good behavior, and providing them with companionship.
In-Home Vacation Care
Some dogs enjoy a stay at the kennel, but many prefer the comfort of their own homes when their owner leaves town. That’s why we provide in-home vacation care as part of our service package.
We offer drop-in care windows throughout the day to make sure your dog has their needs met and more. If you’re looking for a little extra security and companionship, we also offer overnight pet-sitting visits in and around Durham. You’ll never have to worry about how your dog will get along with others, or take the time to drop your dog off as you’re getting ready to leave town.
